F. Hirer's Declaration

I/we have read and accept the Joybringers Charity Venue Hire Terms and Conditions.

I/we accept responsibility for the event and all persons attending, to the extent set out in the Hire Agreement.

I/we will maintain appropriate Public Liability Insurance for the event.

I/we understand that all event activities must cease by 8:00 PM, and that starting late does not extend the finishing time.

I/we understand that the Security Deposit may be withheld following damage, loss, excessive cleaning, overrun or other legitimate charges.

I/we understand that where an insurance claim is required following damage, the deposit may remain withheld until all liabilities are fully settled.

I/we understand that insurance does not limit my/our responsibility for uninsured amounts, policy excesses or rejected claims.
